Day 1: Arrival to Antalya, Turkey
After your airport transfer, you will arrive to Villas, check in, and relax while preparing your bikes for an exciting tomorrow.
Day 2: Bike, Run

BRIC: 60km + 10km
1st Group
BRIC: 40km + 5km
We will introduce you to the wonderful cycling roads of Antalya. You will have the opportunity to do a BRICK run followed by recovery drink, before making your way to the Spa for hot and cold therapies.
Day 3: Open Water Swim, Strength & Core, Bike
2nd Group
Swim + Strength & Core + 45km Bike
1st Group
Swim + Strength & Core + 30km Bike
Structured open water swim session followed by strength & core with plyometrics and a hotel lunch. Afternoon nap, recovery drink, and Spa session for hot and cold therapies.

We return to your bike and exploring the iconic cycling climbs of Antalya. You will have the opportunity to do a brick run followed by your recovery drink. In the evening we will have a social gathering with awards.

Our own Park Run variation, uncoached and evidenced through Strava, a competition for the fastest run. When you are ready, you will be collected from Villas and taken to Antalya Airport for your flight home.

Bring your own bicycle. Road surfaces in Antalya are very diverse. We will train mostly on flat asphalt roads and in the mountains.
Usually 5-8 people in each group + coach
Yes, athletes will be divided into levels: beginners, those looking to ease into the season, and those aiming to improve specific skills (hill running, bike handling, open water swimming, etc.).
Accommodation includes breakfasts, lunches and dinners on villas with nutritious meals specifically designed by a nutriologist for athletes. Sometimes we will drink coffee and eat outside (e.g. during long rides), it is not included. Alcohol is not included, although not prohibited. But not recommended.
Expect around 15-25 hours of training per week, depending on your level and goals.
Yes, but it is very important to book your bike before coming to the Camp as the offer is limited.
Yes! Families can enjoy the beach, sightseeing, or organized activities while you train. We also have an animation team for kids.
Yes, we have experienced coaches specializing in these areas to help you refine your skills and gain confidence in race conditions.
Yes! You can explore the Camp schedule, but it could be flexible if you want to do anything on your own: museums, the city center, boat tours, canyons, or hike the Lycian Way (5-6 hours) and many more are available in Antalya.
We’ll train on diverse terrain: official IM70.3 road, mountain climbs, and scenic coastal roads.
Yes, we’ll work on race simulations, including open water swimming with waves (headwinds, crosswinds, etc.), bike handling, and other key race-day skills.
